We are proud to partner with small, local producers to source exceptional ingredients. We pride ourselves on processing those ingredients with care, utilizing careful skill and time to fill our larder with charcuterie, bread, and preserves all crafted in-house. Our menu is based upon what is good at any time, and so changes often with the seasons and with our whims.
